Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Western Sydney TCG. We take great care packing every order, from single cards and graded slabs to sealed booster boxes, so your collection arrives safely.

Order Processing

There is no order cut-off time. Orders can be placed at any time, and every order is processed in the order it is received.

All orders have a handling time of 2 business days. This is the time we need to verify, carefully pack, and dispatch your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your delivery address. Metro areas generally receive orders faster than regional or remote locations.

Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 6 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can sometimes happen due to carrier issues, weather, peak periods, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat shipping rate of $10 (AUD) on all orders, regardless of order size or value.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel until it is delivered.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us right away at Westernsydneytcg@gmail.com with your order number. If the parcel is damaged, include photos of the packaging and items. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
