Western Sydney TCG is a trading card store based at 55 Water Street, Auburn NSW 2144, Australia. We sell Pokémon, One Piece, and other trading card game products, including single cards, graded slabs, sealed booster boxes, and accessories. We also buy and trade cards.

4. Products and Descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
• Graded cards (slabs): Grades are assigned by independent third-party grading companies such as PSA and BGS. We do not grade cards ourselves and are not responsible for a grading company’s assessment. Minor marks, scratches, or wear on the slab case itself may be present and do not affect the grade of the card.
• Sealed products: Booster packs, booster boxes, bundles, and collections are sold factory sealed. Their contents are random. We do not guarantee any particular card, rarity, or value from sealed products.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices at any time without notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

All products are subject to availability. Many of our items, especially single cards and graded slabs, are one of a kind. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will let you know and give you a full refund for that item.

We try to make sure all prices and product information on our website are correct. If we find an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and give you a full refund, even after the order has been confirmed.

6. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products. Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email.

We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear fraudulent, orders that exceed purchase limits, or orders placed for resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will give you a full refund.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped within Australia according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for an item passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including what to do if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

9. Buying and Trading Your Cards

If you sell or trade cards with us:

• Any price or trade value we offer is based on our assessment of the card’s condition, authenticity, and current market value. Offers may change until the deal is finalised.
• You confirm that you are the legal owner of the cards and have the right to sell or trade them.
• We may decline any card, including cards we believe to be counterfeit, altered, or damaged.
• Once a sale or trade is completed, it is final.

10. Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes and promotions, including our newsletter sign-up offer, are subject to their specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, photos, and design, belongs to Western Sydney TCG or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written consent.

Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, and other product names, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Western Sydney TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

To the extent permitted by law, Western Sydney TCG is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. This includes loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from changes in the market value of any card or product.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price you paid.
